Operational and Pre-order Terms & Conditions
It should only be repaired and serviced, by the company assigned Representative or Engineers
Do not overload the generator set beyond rated capacity
Operates the Generator as described by the company or user manual
Maintenance should only be carried out by the manufacturering company assignee
Do not tamper with the Engine when in operation or after operation
No modification should be done to the Engine by any third parties aside the manufacturing company
Don’t run the generator consistently without break for cooling or beyond rated hours as described by the manufacturer
Payments should be sent only to the paystack on the official website www.maikotechnologies.com or via the official company account details on the website
It takes four weeks after payments on every pre-order products to be Ready for delivery PS: incase of delays after the four weeks of waiting time elapsed, due to some unforeseen circumstances or events, few days or weeks could be added, by the manufacturer
After 4weeks of waiting time elapsed and customers couldn’t wait any longer, customers has right to request for refund, without any incurred interest other than amount paid for product, and no legal actions can be taking against the manufacturing company for the delay other than the refund of the Exact amount payed by the customer
Clients or customers has no right to sue or take any legal actions against the manufacturing company MAIKO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or any of its staffs, incase of any delay after the 4 weeks of waiting time elapsed. Other than requesting for it’s refund of exact amount paid to the company accounts, it was the client who couldn’t wait any longer not the Company that says he couldn’t produce on pre-order.
Customers that successfully purchased the fuel-free Generator from the company has no rights whatsoever to Duplicate or sampled the product, Or give/lend to third parties to duplicate or fabricates
Only the manufacturer has the right to carry out any repair or maintenance on the fuel free Generator
For any need for maintenance customers should reach out to the manufacturer customer care service or customer support, via official company email address maikotechnologylimited@gmail.com or call the company customer support line, on the website, or purchase receipts, then an assigned repairer or engineer will be sent to oversee and fix the issues
Going against any of this rules and regulations or Terms can also void the warranty/guarantee on the product
Delays in production occurs sometimes due to government policies, delay in clearance of some goods or raw materials been imported, at the airport, sometimes the customs delayed due to package rechecked or for other reasons, best known to them, sometimes delay also occurs to, delays in taking delivery of some raw materials meant for fabrications of this generators
Some of this reasons were beyond our power than to wait patiently and to resolves any of the issues amicably, but cases like this, are rare but just incase
Clients has right to request for refund, after prolonged waiting time, refund will be made 3 weeks after customers request for it or wishes to discontinued the pre-order
During waiting time, if there is any increasement on production prices, the New increase prices will not affect the customer who pre-order before new price emerges, old price they pre-order from still stands
